This review is way overdue! We are so grateful for all the help Danielle provided for buying and selling our condo! Danielle helped us to purchase our condo in 2015. She was also our listing agent when we were forced to sell in 2016 due to job relocation. It was a complicated sale due to a land lease and Danielle was well versed in this type of property and able to help out prospective buyers. She was able to sell the condo for full asking price in a cash offer.
